Instructional Technology at PCS.....

The PCS Instructional Technology staff provides a "technology rich" teaching, learning and working environment for all to use. We maintain a 3:1 student to computer ratio and our Instructional Technology operates "24/7" with an "Up Time" of 99.9% over the last 10 years. We support approximately 900 users including all teachers, staff, and students using a wide variety of hardware and software.  Together with the MORIC, we support & maintain approximately 336 computers throughout the school, including our servers, our network infrastructure, our library automation, our special education records management, our daily cafeteria transactions including "free & reduced" meal records, our daily attendance by period, our grades & report cards, and our videoconferencing capability. We offer staff development training as well as support to all administrators & office staff and all other instructional technology support to teachers. 

Our in district I.T. staff consists of 0.88 persons :

Mr. John Gillette, RIC Network Administrator (40%) 2 days/week

Mrs. Linda Hall, RIC Network Administrator (10%) 1 day/2 weeks
