Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Brinck

This is a photo of Mr. Brinck and I at a bicycle ride that raised money for cancer research.

I grew up in Mohawk, New York, and Mr. Brinck was in my Kindergarten class!  In 1990, I graduated from the College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, and had a concentration in English.  The first place I taught was at Mohawk Central School.  While there, I taught Kindergarten and third grade.  Next, I was a lead classroom teacher for the Herkimer Area Resource Center.  In 1993, I graduated from St. Rose a second time.  This time, I earned a Master of Science in Education degree, and my major was Reading.  I became a teacher at Poland Elementary School in 1994. At Poland CSD, I am currently a third grade teacher, and have also been a classroom support teacher, a prekindergarten teacher, and an integrated preschool teacher.  My favorite thing about teaching at Poland CSD is my students!

We live in Stittville.  In my spare time, I love to be outdoors hiking, kayaking, gardening, and riding my bike.
