POLAND — Poland Central School District Senior Connor Cowan took the oath of office earlier this month as the district’s 2026–27 student board member.
Cowan will serve as the student representative on the Poland Central School District Board of Education, bringing a student voice to district discussions and helping share the perspectives of his classmates.
The role gives students an opportunity to participate in the board process and learn more about school governance, leadership, and community service.
District officials congratulated Cowan on the milestone and wished him success in the year ahead.
