Poland Central School District inducted seven new members into the Kuyahoora Chapter of the National Honor Society during a ceremony on Oct. 26 in the school auditorium.
The ceremony recognized students for their commitment to scholarship, service, leadership, and character. National Honor Society membership celebrates academic achievement while encouraging students to demonstrate leadership and make meaningful contributions to their school and community.
The new inductees are Alyssa Bell, Tyler Boyce, Isabella Greben, Mark Greben, Trinity Lyman, Logan Maida and Emily Pope.
The ceremony included the National Honor Society membership pledge, the induction of new members and the presentation of certificates, and membership cards. Members also highlighted the organization’s four pillars through candle-lighting and descriptions of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
Congratulations to Poland CSD’s newest National Honor Society members on this achievement!
