“Every year I am continually impressed by the new scientific inquiries the students imagine. To see them follow that line of questioning, and arrive at scientific conclusions is what the science fair is all about,” said Jessica Meyer, Poland science teacher and PCSD Science Fair Co-coordinator. “I am very proud that year after year several of our Annual Poland CSD Science Fair category winners choose to go to the next level of competition at the Utica University Regional Science Fair. It shows dedication to a larger passion for science.”

“We are incredibly proud of the level of academic rigor and creativity our students brought to the PCS Science Fair and the regional fair. To see them take ownership of their research and present their findings with confidence is a testament to their hard work and the bright futures ahead of them,” said Kevin Ford, Poland science teacher and PCSD Science Fair Co-coordinator. “They are building the skills that will define the 21st-century workforce.”

“Seeing the community come together to support these young researchers creates a powerful culture of academic excellence. It shows our students that their ideas and hard work matter,” added Ford.
