Athletics Registration
Poland Central School District uses the Arbiter online student athlete registration platform. Arbiter is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for sports. It helps us to be more efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through Arbiter, the system keeps track of your information in your Arbiter profile. You will enter your demographic information only once for each family member for all sports. You will still be required to update the health information online prior to each season and parents must upload or deliver the Annual Interscholastic Sport Physical to the PCSD Nurse. Access forms below.
Before You Register
A valid Interscholastic Sports Physical must be on file with our Nurse in order for your child to be cleared to participate. This physical must be performed by a licensed practitioner within the past year and must indicate that the student is physically qualified to participate in sports. Access forms below.
Information Needed to Register
For your ease, have the following information handy at the time registration is done to allow for accurate completion of your online registration.
- Physician’s Name and Address
- Health Insurance Information
- Student ID

Forms
Students interested in participating in athletics should have an updated health checklist form prior to the start of each new season. If you have questions about the form, please contact School Nurse at (315) 826-0208.
The Athletic & Extracurricular Contract includes:
The Athletic Process and Fitness Test details the Athletic Placement Process (Appendix).
The Interval Health History for Athletics form is also available in the Nurse’s Office.
Online Ticketing

Purchase tickets for Poland athletic sectionals events on Hometown Ticketing.
Student Academic Eligibility
To maintain the privilege of participating in extracurricular activities, students must maintain a passing average of 65 or higher, as receiving two weekly “unsatisfactory” marks or failing the same course for three consecutive weeks triggers a period of academic ineligibility and potential mandatory study hall.

Coaching Information
Coaches in NYS have to meet certain requirements. The requirements vary by a person’s certification status, and each school may have different training courses. All new Coach applicants should complete an Employment Application.
A PCS Coach should consult the appointment letter for what is necessary prior to the start of the season.
Athletics Booster Club
The Athletics Booster Club supports Tornadoes sports by funding equipment, uniforms, and travel to enhance the student-athlete experience and build community spirit.
